Annual Maintenance Subscription
An Annual Maintenance Subscription that gives you email access to the Concourse developers. Services included:
- Private email access to the Concourse developers, receiving fast and accurate answers to technical questions about Concourse
- Any bugs you report will be given higher priority handling
- Provide advice and suggestions for how to build out your pipelines
- Can advise on the how to scale up your Concourse cluster
- Advanced notice of any security issues reported to Concourse, in advance of public disclosure
- Any product feedback about Concourse will be given considerable weight when planning the roadmap for Concourse
This is an entry-level support agreement that comes with some limitations. Click to view limitations.
- Contact time is limited to 20 hours per year. We do not normally track this and is simply here to set clear expectations and prevent abuse. If you think you need more than 20 hours of support in a given year, please contact us to negotiate a technical support contract.
- A best effort is made to respond to questions in a timely manner. This will usually be within a day, but may be longer if holidays or vacations are involved. If you don’t hear back after 24 hours it’s safe to assume your email got list and you should resend it.
- Bug fixes only apply to the latest version of Concourse. If you need bug fixes for older versions of Concourse please contact us to negotiate a technical support contract.
- We can offer advice and feedback on how to write and design your pipelines, we cannot write your pipelines for you.
- If it’s unclear if a bug is in your pipeline or Concourse, we will do our best to help you isolate the bug and reproduce it on our end. We will not be able to help you debug task scripts or custom resource types.
- The maintenance Subscription is usable by a single team within your organization, usually the team in charge of maintaining the Concourse cluster. Larger organizations may have multiple Concourse’s maintained by different teams. In this case, each team should acquire their own maintenance subscription.
The cost is $1500 USD per year. Email us or schedule a call to sign up for an annual maintenance subscription.
